My wife grew up in Benton, we moved back here after her being gone for 30 years and she immediately wanted a pizza from here. I got it for her and she still loved it. We get it whenever we have that pizza craving. Really good!
First time trying Stumpy's. Ordered a 4 topping, 12 inch pizza and it was $14 and some change. Decent price. Get the pizza home, take the first bite, set pizza down and text my friend who recommended Stumpy's. Told him it my new favorite place in Elkhart county!!! Crust was thin, which is my favorite. Ample amount of toppings, cheese and sauce. Not sure if the sauce is made in house, but I loved it! I will be a repeat customer and highly recommend it to everyone. Only con is they have odd hours. Don't know the family situation, but I can understand. My mother owned a restaurant for 20 years. You don't own the business, the business owns you. Hope this place is around for a long time because as soon as this pizza is gone, I'll be craving it immediately!!!
Beat place to get pizza around town. I've grown up eating Stumpys and enjoy the friendly atmosphere. The wet burritos are my go to. I love that you can always customize your pizza.
Did carry out order of their Broasted Chicken. It's wonderful! Very moist, even the white meat. Definitely will put this on my list for carry out. Service was good, was ready when I got there. It's a small town restaurant, old school. Love it!
